Glenn J. Hartung, Chairman & COO
Mr. Hartung is a Service-disabled Veteran and experienced small business executive and tax expert who founded R3 in 2009. He manages the company's business functions including finance, accounting, tax, legal, contracts and compliance. He also provides oversight on capture strategy and strategic growth. Prior to starting R3, he had a distinguished career as a tax executive with Deloitte and as a commercial real estate entrepreneur. Through his decades of experience, Mr. Hartung has honed his belief that integrating the highest of ethics, a keen business sense, and compassion for people delivers exceptional results.
Kristin H. Berry, President
Ms. Berry brings more than 25 years of consulting and business management experience to her leadership role with R3. An entrepreneur as well as a former executive with IBM Global Business Services and Towers Watson, she sets direction for R3’s business development, client and partner relations, and service delivery. Her consulting experience with complex, large-scale financial, process, technological and organizational transformations provides her with the insight and experience to guide R3 teams in delivering mission-supporting results.
Kristen Mattingly, Director
Ms. Mattingly is a subject matter expert in program and project management, strategic and capital planning, acquisition, investment management, and enterprise architecture. She has over 25 years of combined Federal government and private sector experience leading programs and projects. Prior to joining R3, she made substantial contributions in organizational growth through capture and proposal activities, providing quality products and services, and managing and developing personnel. Ms. Mattingly earned a Bachelors of Art degree in Math and Computer Science from Shippensburg University.
Stephen A. Moffett, Executive Advisor
Mr. Moffett has 40 years of professional experience, combining military service, an illustrious career as a federal senior manager, and most recently business leadership with Innovative Technical Solutions, FPMI Solutions, and Northrop Grumman. Highlights of his federal tenure include receipt of a Treasury Meritorious Service Award for work as Chief Administrative Officer responsible for standing up the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) office; his role as Project Manager for the IRS migration to a new HR Connect system, which involved integrating sets of four PeopleSoft web-based modules now used by 75,000 IRS employees and managers in 720 locations; and as IRS Division Director for Real Estate Management, Security, and Facilities Operations, including responsibility for managing all 32 IRS headquarters buildings.
