Representative Client Work:
» Undertook strategic planning effort to enhance decision-making and leverage functional areas to maximize efficiency at Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)
» At Department of Homeland Security (DHS), implemented industry-recognized* project management standards to track multiple integrated projects
» Installed organizational performance management system at VA that draws on the results of quarterly customer satisfaction surveys, dependency metrics, and working group feedback.
» Developing and implementing overarching change management strategy and communications plans for Resource Management Transformation at DHS
» In support of the Common Government-wide Accounting Classification (CGAC) initiative, the R3 team reviewed CGAC standard and determine DHS-specific data elements for the CGAC ‘Agency-defined’ fields. The project team conducted analysis of the current accounting structures and mapped them to a future CGAC DHS accounting structure representing the whole Department's needs.
